Muching Lin is a Principal Engineer for LA Turbine, he brings 32 years of continued expander and compressor experience in new units and after market services. Muching has a solid reputation for designing expander and compressor wheels to accommodate extreme cases (very high or very low flow coefficient, and very high and very low head coefficient) with smooth and excellent performance.

Muching’s responsibilities include Turbomachinery aero sizing, design, redesign, testing and operation, hydrocarbon processing, gas dynamics and development management.

He has designed more than 3000 nozzles, expander and compressor wheels in the last 32 years, and has represented Rotoflow, Atlas Copco, GE and LAT in international technical meetings, sales meetings, and field service operations since 1977.
